RNASep
RNASep columns from ADS Biotec have been developed for the HPLC analysis and purification of RNA. They enable the chromatographic separation and purity assessment of RNA samples and support mRNA purification for research applications as well as the development of vaccine and drug candidates.
The stationary phase is based on alkylated, non-porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) and offers high resolution for nucleic acid separation. RNASep Prep is suitable for the characterisation and purification of smaller sample volumes, as well as for method validation prior to scale-up. For higher loading volumes, RNASep Semi-Prep variants with different capacities are available. In combination with a suitable fraction collector, RNA purification can be automated.
