SepaFlash

Santai Science’s SepaFlash™ flash cartridges have been developed for the rapid and reproducible preparative purification of substances. The extensive range includes cartridges for different sample volumes, separation tasks and chromatographic conditions, and is suitable for both conventional normal-phase separations and reversed-phase and specialised applications.

SepaFlash™ cartridges can be used with Santai Science’s SepaBean™ flash chromatography systems and – depending on the model – with numerous other flash systems. A range of cartridge sizes and sorbents allows adaptation to the specific purification scale.

Santai Science offers various SepaFlash™ product series. The Standard Series is packed with high-purity silica and designed for conventional flash separations. For higher separation performance, the HP Series and cartridges with functionalised stationary phases are available.

The SepaFlash™ iLOK™ and iLOK™-SL cartridges also allow for flexible sample loading. In addition to fully packed cartridges, versions are available in which the sample can be applied as a solid onto a suitable support material and loaded directly into the cartridge.

This means that SepaFlash™ cartridges can be used for both simple routine purifications and more demanding preparative separations.
