Santai Science Inc. is a manufacturer of products and systems for preparative chromatography, specialising in flash chromatography. Based in Montreal, Canada, the company develops and manufactures solutions for the separation and purification of chemical compounds, offering a wide range of flash columns, flash systems and complementary consumables.

Santai Science’s SepaFlash™ flash columns and flash cartridges are designed for the rapid and reproducible preparative purification of substances. In addition to classic flash columns packed with high-purity silica, Santai offers various product ranges to meet different requirements and separation tasks. The range includes, amongst others, the Standard, iLOK, Bonded and HP series, as well as various stationary phases for normal-phase, reversed-phase and specialised separations. A range of column sizes allows adaptation to different sample volumes – from smaller preparative purifications right through to large-scale production runs.

With the SepaBean™ flash chromatography systems, Santai Science offers automated instruments for preparative separation and purification. The systems combine controlled solvent delivery, gradient generation, detection and fraction collection, thereby enabling a reproducible and efficient flash workflow. Depending on the model, different performance ranges and configuration options are available. This makes the SepaBean™ systems suitable for both daily routine purifications in the synthetic chemistry laboratory and for larger preparative separations and more demanding applications.
