Shipping & Payment Methods

1. Terms of delivery - transport costs

Germany

We deliver free of charge within Germany for orders with a value of €500.00 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge the following flat-rate shipping costs:

Standard shipping: EUR 12.00 (approx. 1-2 working days)
Express shipping up to 2 kg volume weight: €25.00 (by 12 noon on the following working day, subject to availability)
Express shipping over 2 kg volume weight: calculated (by 12:00 noon on the following working day, subject to availability)

Domestic delivery is carried out in accordance with INCOTERMS EXW (ex-works), usually with our logistics partner DPD. Orders received by us before 12:00 noon (Mon-Fri) will be shipped on the same day, if in stock. We do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge.

Other European countries

Shipments to other European countries are made with DPD, DHL Express or UPS in accordance with INCOTERM SEXW (ex-works). We charge the following standard shipping costs depending on the respective country of delivery:

All other third countries

For international shipments, we always try to find the best price-delivery time ratio for our customers and each individual parcel. To this end, we work with UPS, DHL Express, DHL Parcel, Fedex, TNT, Kühne+Nagel, Aramex and other parcel services. The actual transport costs incurred are invoiced for each parcel. Depending on the customer relationship, payment is made on account or in advance.

2. Payment methods

Invoice

We will also send your invoice at the same time as your goods are delivered. Invoices are normally sent by post. At the customer's request, the invoice can also or instead be sent by e-mail. As a rule, the payment term is 30 days net after invoicing.

Prepayment

After your order, you will receive a proforma invoice from us with all payment details and our bank details. After receiving your payment, we will process your order without delay. Please note that all costs for bank transfers from abroad are borne by the buyer.
