OligoSep

OligoSep columns from ADS Biotec are designed for high-resolution HPLC analysis and purification of oligonucleotides. They support purity testing of DNA and RNA oligonucleotides, as well as method development and quality control in nucleic acid analysis.

The polymeric separation phase, consisting of alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB), combines high resolving power with a robust, durable column matrix. Depending on the application, non-porous or macroporous variants are available: Whilst OligoSep is used for analytical separations and purity assessment, OligoSep HC offers increased loading capacity for oligonucleotide purification. OligoSep Prep HC complements the range for larger sample volumes and the development of preparative methods.
