Optimix
Optimix stationary phases have a mixed type bonded surface like C18 mixed with C8, amide or nitro-phenyl. This results in synergistic effects which provide different selectivity, coordinating multi-functionality as well as a spacer effect (C18/C8).
Optimix C18/C8: improved selectivity for stereo isomers, better differentitation of molecular shape, better peak shape
Optimix C18/Amide: unique selectivity, balanced retention for extremely polar and non-polar compounds, minimal tailing for basic compounds
Optimix C18/SCX: unique selectivity, balanced retention for polar (basic) and non-polar compounds, LC-MS compatible
