MacroSep BIO columns are wide pore columns that provide a proper pore size for proteins, peptides and other biomolecules. The reversed phase columns consist of ultra-high purity spherical silica particles and are highly bonded and fully endcapped.
MacroSep BIO-Gold columns further offer a particle size of 1.9, 3, 5 and 10µm and a pore size of 400 or 1200Å for analytical and preparative purposes.
