CrossTOX

CrossTOX from LCTech are SPE column cartridges designed for LC-MS/MS-based multi-mycotoxin analysis. A QuEChERS-based extraction method optimises conventional ‘dilute-and-shoot’ analysis by significantly reducing interfering matrix components. The reduced matrix burden minimises contamination in the LC-MS/MS system, thereby significantly reducing the cleaning and maintenance requirements of the system. At the same time, CrossTOX supports robust and reproducible analysis of up to 18 mycotoxins within a single LC-MS/MS workflow.
