High Performance UNIPLATES
High Performance (HPTLC) UNIPLATES are made of highly efficient 8 µm particles with a narrow size distribution. The adsorbent layers are only 150 µm thick, resulting in a faster solvent migration. These plates are available as Normal and Reversed Phases. The “F” indicates the suitability for UV detection at 254nm.

Reversed Phase
There are plates with a hydrocarbon impregnated layer, which is complete water compatible (analogue to RPS UNIPLATES), and three non-polar bonded supports RP2, RP8 and RP18 (Unibond). These bonded silica gels provide complete compatibility with all organic solvents. However, due to the hydrophobicity of the RP18, only 60% water is permitted on these plates.
