SRT-LVL SEC
SRT-LVL SEC columns have been specifically developed for the analysis of biomacromolecules. These include compounds such as long-chain oligonucleotides (sgRNA or plasmid DNA), lipid-based nanoparticles, PEG/lipid conjugates, or other large molecules that require an aqueous buffered mobile phase. In particular, these columns are designed for the analysis of lentiviruses. The particles in these phases have a silica backbone. The silica is coated with a uniform, hydrophilic and neutral nanometre-thick film. This proprietary surface modification enables high reproducibility and stability. The large pore volume of the particles results in high capacity and high resolution.
