Sepax / Proteomix HIC-ADC DARx Butyl

Proteomix HIC-ADC DARx Butyl

Sepax’s Proteomix HIC-ADC DARx Butyl columns have been specifically developed for the high-resolution analysis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The HIC columns enable rapid and reproducible DAR (drug-to-antibody ratio) profiling under LC-MS-compatible conditions and are ideal for high-throughput ADC screening, process development and quality control.

Hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) enables reliable separation and quantitative analysis of DAR0–DAR8 species. The special butyl phase on non-porous PS/DVB particles combines high resolution with low backpressure and excellent robustness.

MZ Analytical Technology supports you in selecting suitable HIC columns for ADC characterisation, mAb analysis and biopharmaceutical LC-MS applications.

Advantages of the Sepax Proteomix HIC-ADX DARx Butyl columns

High lot-to-lot reproducibility

High reproducibility of consecutive injections under high-throughput LC-MS conditions

High stability under high-throughput conditions

When would you benefit from the Proteomix HIC-ADC DARx Butyl?

High resolution at high flow rates

Resolution remains high even at higher flow rates, and the DAR values observed remain comparable. Due to the low backpressure of the Proteomix HIC-ADC DARx Butyl column, it can be operated with standard HPLC systems at higher flow rates.

Test conditions

Column: Proteomix HIC-ADC DARx Butyl, 5 µm, 100 × 4.6 mm

High resolution with fast gradients

Thanks to the short columns and high resolution, the various DAR components can be separated in under 3 minutes. This makes it ideal for routine high-throughput analysis of DAR.
