SurePac

SurePac HPLC columns from Thermo Scientific are designed for bio-LC. The SurePac Oligo RP MDi and SurePac Protein RP MDi columns are based on a polymer utilising monodisperse particle technology (MDi) and also feature inert hardware. The monodisperse particles ensure excellent reproducibility of the HPLC columns. Furthermore, these columns demonstrate high efficiency and consistent performance. The bio-inert hardware enables higher sample recovery and more reproducible results.

SurePac Oligo RP MDi has been specifically developed for the analysis of therapeutic oligonucleotides and nucleic acids of all sizes. As a result, the HPLC column demonstrates excellent resolution of truncated proteins and related impurities. The high pH stability (2.0–12.0) and high temperature stability (up to 90°C) make this column ideal for oligonucleotide analysis. This makes the column ideal for the biopharmaceutical industry, oligo development and all laboratories that routinely analyse oligonucleotides.

SurePac Protein RP MDi has been specifically designed for the analysis of proteins, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This HPLC column is characterised by high protein resolution and high thermal and chemical stability.
