Altura
Altura columns from Agilent consist of ultra inert hardware. The stainless steel hardware is coated with a so-called ultra inert technology, which deactivates active areas of the stainless steel. This increases the recovery rates and reliability of the analysis for metal-sensitive analytes. There are also special phases that are only available with the inert stainless steel hardware. These include the Oligo HPH-C18 and the Peptide Plus column, which have been specially designed for peptides and oligonucleotides
Altura Poroshell phases include the Poroshell PFAS, Poroshell HILIC and the Poroshell HPH-C18. This also makes the Poroshell range accessible with inert hardware.
Altura Zorbax columns are available with the Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 phase. This means that very fast analyses can also be carried out with UHPLC particles and inert hardware.
