RPSep HQC18 Guard Cartridge, 3um, SS 10 mm x 2.0 mm

The RPSep HQC18 guard column cartridges 10x2.0mm, 3µm, are used for column protection by RPSep HQC18 HPLC columns. The AXC-99-1300 direct holder is used as the pre-column holder. RPSep pre-column cartridges protect polymer-based reverse-phase columns from particles and highly retained matrix components.

Additional Information

The RPSep series is primarily based on polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymers and thus offers an alternative to silica-based reverse-phase columns. The polymer backbone enables high chemical robustness, broad pH stability, and a narrow particle size distribution for efficient separations. Depending on the modification, hydrophobic, aromatic, or fluorinated interactions are created. As a result, RPSep is suitable for small molecules, peptides, aromatic compounds, and LC-MS-related methods that require robust RP selectivity.
