The RPSep PRX-1 HPLC column 250x4.6mm, 5µm, based on a PS/DVB polymer for reverse-phase chromatography. RPSep PRX-1 offers robust polymer selectivity without a conventional silica surface and is suitable for methods requiring a very wide pH range. Typical applications include small organic molecules, peptides, pharmaceutical samples, biological matrices and robust RP separations under demanding pH conditions.
The RPSep series is primarily based on polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymers and thus offers an alternative to silica-based reverse-phase columns. The polymer backbone enables high chemical robustness, broad pH stability, and a narrow particle size distribution for efficient separations. Depending on the modification, hydrophobic, aromatic, or fluorinated interactions are created. As a result, RPSep is suitable for small molecules, peptides, aromatic compounds, and LC-MS-related methods that require robust RP selectivity.
