PerfectBond CN 20µm 75x4,0mm HPLC Column

The PerfectBond CN HPLC column 75x4.0mm, 20µm, features a cyano modification. This cyano modification can be used in both normal-phase and reverse-phase chromatography. In this context, dipole-dipole, π-π, and—due to the hydrophobic linker - additional weak hydrophobic interactions can be observed. This results in orthogonal selectivity for PerfectBond CN compared to other C18 phases. These interactions enable particular selectivity, especially for analytes with free electron pairs or aromatic compounds such as aldehydes, ketones, nitriles, or heterocycles.
