PerfectBond Si 30-50µm 40x4,6mm HPLC Column

The PerfectBond Si HPLC column 40x4.6mm, 30-50µm, is an unmodified silica column for normal-phase chromatography. The interactions in the PerfectBond Si are based on the adsorption of analytes onto the surface and are therefore polar in nature. Since nonpolar solvents are used in normal-phase chromatography, the PerfectBond Si HPLC column is suitable for the analysis of nonpolar substances, such as lipid groups in food analysis or fat-soluble vitamins.
