Orbit 100 Sil 10µm 100x3,9mm HPLC Column

The Orbit 100 Sil column 100x3.9mm, 10µm, is an unmodified silica phase for normal phase chromatography. The interactions are based on the adsorption of the analytes on the surface. Nonpolar solvents such as hexane are used in normal phase applications. This enables the separation of lipids in food analysis or fat-soluble vitamins.
