HPLC post-column derivatisation with Pickering Laboratories

In post-column derivatisation, the chromatographically separated analytes are reacted with a suitable reagent after leaving the HPLC column. This produces compounds that can be detected sensitively and selectively, for example, using UV/VIS or fluorescence detection.
