ACE 1.7 HILIC-N 100x3.0mm

The Avantor ACE HILIC-N HPLC-/UHPLC column 100x3.0mm, 1.7µm, employs a proprietary polyhydroxy surface for hydrophilic interaction chromatography. The Avantor ACE HILIC-N is designed for rather neutral HILIC interactions with low specific ion-exchange activity. Thus the phase is suitable for polar compounds where a mild and reproducible HILIC retention without strong ionic contributions is desired. Typical applications are caffeine, nucleobases, nucleosides, melamine, related polar contaminants and LC-MS methods with a high acetonitrile content.
