ACE 3 HILIC-B 250x4.6mm

The Avantor ACE HILIC-B HPLC-/UHPLC column 250x4.6mm, 3µm, has a proprietary aminopropyl-like HILIC surface for hydrophilic interaction chromatography. The Avantor ACE HILIC-B displays basic character and can enable anion-exchange-like interactions with acidic or negatively charged analytes. This results in a distinctly different selectivity compared with HILIC-A or neutral HILIC phases. Typical applications are penicillins, sugars, fendizoic acid, related acidic compounds, carbohydrates and method development for very polar analytes.
