ACE 1.7 HILIC-B 100x3.0mm

The Avantor ACE HILIC-B HPLC-/UHPLC column 100x3.0mm, 1.7µm, has a proprietary aminopropyl-like HILIC surface for hydrophilic interaction chromatography. The Avantor ACE HILIC-B displays basic character and can enable anion-exchange-like interactions with acidic or negatively charged analytes. This results in a distinctly different selectivity compared with HILIC-A or neutral HILIC phases. Typical applications are penicillins, sugars, fendizoic acid, related acidic compounds, carbohydrates and method development for very polar analytes.
