PROTEIN LW-803, 8.0 x 300 mm, HPLC column

The PROTEIN LW-803 SEC column 300x8.0mm, 3µm, contains spherical silica with a hydrophilic polymer coating with a nominal pore size of 1.000 Å. With a nominal working range of approx. 10.000 to 700.000 Da PROTEIN LW-803 primarily addresses monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, fragments and aggregates. 3-µm silica and controlled pore distribution deliver high resolution for proteins in the range of several hundred kilodaltons. The ranges are nominal guidance values and depend on molecule shape, eluent and calibration.
