PROTEIN KW-804, 8.0 x 300 mm, HPLC column

The PROTEIN KW-804 SEC column 300x8.0mm, 7µm, contains spherical silica with a hydrophilic polymer coating with a nominal pore size of 1.500 Å. With a nominal working range of approx. 30.000 to 4.000.000 Da PROTEIN KW-804 primarily addresses large proteins, protein complexes and high-molecular-weight aggregates. The wide-pore matrix extends separation to larger biomolecules. The ranges are nominal guidance values and depend on molecule shape, eluent and calibration.
