The Proteonavi HPLC column 150x10mm, 5µm, bears a butyl modification (RP-4, C4) on fully porous spherical silica with 30 nm pores, is assigned to USP class L26 and operates in the pH range 2 to 10 with a pressure limit of 20 MPa. The wide pores make the surface accessible to intact proteins, while the short alkyl chain ensures that large molecules elute again and do not adsorb irreversibly.
