The Inertsil WP300 Diol HPLC column 250x4.6mm, 5µm, features dihydroxypropyl groups on wide-pore silica with a pore size of 300 Å. Inertsil WP300 Diol can be used for aqueous and organic size-exclusion chromatography (SEC/GFC) and is designed for large molecules. In addition, the diol surface also enables normal-phase and selected reverse-phase applications. Typical applications include proteins, biopolymers, PEG-conjugated compounds, liposomes, large natural products, and molecular-size-dependent separations.
