Product Description

The EluCLEAN PFAS WAX SPE cartridge 6ml/200mg, contains a weak anion exchanger on a mixed-mode polymer basis. Hydrophobic and ionic interactions enable retention of numerous anionic PFAS from drinking water and other aqueous samples.EluCLEAN PFAS WAX is available in different sorbent quantities so that sample volume and required capacity can be matched to the respective method. The chemistry is designed for PFAS methods including, among others, US EPA 533, DIN 38407-42, DIN EN 17892, ISO 21675 and ISO 25101. EluCLEAN PFAS WAX thus supports standard-oriented enrichments with high reproducibility.

Features and Benefits

  • Matrix-specific SPE configurations
  • PFAS-optimized sorbents
  • 6-mL cartridge format
  • For standard and routine procedures
  • Manual and automatable

Additional Notes

The EluCLEAN series comprises several different sorbent platforms and therefore does not have a uniform silica-based structure. The portfolio includes proprietary universal sorbents, weak anion exchangers based on mixed-mode polymers, polystyrene/divinylbenzene, graphitized carbon, and combined WAX/GCB structures. A polymeric reverse-phase sorbent is used for the 6PPD-Q. The selection depends on the analytes, matrix, sample volume, and applicable standard. Particular attention should be paid to suitable blank controls and PFAS-low instruments and consumables, especially when analyzing PFAS.
