The Waters BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl HPLC-/UHPLC column 150x2.1mm, 2.7µm, is based on solid-core particles and features a highly loaded polyphenyl modification. As a result, the Waters BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl is used in reversed-phase chromatography. The polyphenyl surface is designed for intact mAbs, ADCs and IdeS fragments and reduces carryover while providing good peak capacity. Typical applications of the Waters BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl are mAb subunit analysis, antibody–drug conjugates, intact protein characterisation and biopharmaceutical LC–MS.
