Product Description

XSelect Peptide HSS T3 C18 Column,  100Å , 5 µm, 4.6 x 250 mm, 1/pkg with Cytochrome c Digestion Standard

Features and Benefits

  • CSH and HSS particle platforms
  • Wide selectivity range for method development
  • Good peak shapes for basic analytes
  • High retention on HSS phases
  • Scalable between HPLC and UHPLC

Additional Notes

XSelect combines two deliberately different particle platforms. CSH uses a BEH hybrid framework with a controlled positive surface charge and is specifically designed to provide good peak shapes and increased loading capacity for basic compounds. HSS is based on high-strength silica and often provides stronger retention as well as different selectivities than BEH or CSH phases. C18, phenyl-hexyl, fluoro-phenyl, T3, PFP, and cyano offer a broad range of method development options; specialized peptide phases extend these concepts to bioanalytical separations.
