Ghost-Buster Column 4.6x50 mm, HPLC Column

The Ghost-Buster Column HPLC cleaning column 50x4.6mm, contains an adsorptive cleaning material for the removal of hydrophobic and weakly polar impurities from the mobile phase. Ghost-Buster Column is installed between the gradient mixer and injector and reduces disturbing ghost peaks that arise particularly in gradient runs from enriched eluent impurities.

Additional Notes

Before first use, the cleaning column must be conditioned according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Highly ionic additives, particularly certain ion-pair reagents, may be retained by the adsorber. Not all contaminants are bound equally; therefore, when troubleshooting, check the solvents, water quality, lines, mixers, and seals as well.
