EluCLEAN
EluCLEAN from LCTech are high-quality SPE cartridges designed for reliable sample preparation in PFAS analysis. The cartridges are designed for the analysis of drinking water, environmental, food and feed matrices in accordance with current standards and established methods. For complex samples with high pigment content and elevated DOM/DOC levels, variants containing graphitised carbon black (GCB) are available, which effectively reduce interfering matrix components.
The EluCLEAN Universal cartridges have been specially developed to improve the recovery of longer-chain PFAS (≥ C12) and neutral sulfonamide PFAS through a combination of different interaction mechanisms. For highly pigmented food and feed samples, as well as intensely coloured environmental matrices, the EluCLEAN Universal HP columns are recommended. In addition, the EluCLEAN portfolio includes special SPE cartridges for the efficient extraction of 6PPD-Q from river water.
