Ultra High capacity DNASep™ Colµmn, 4.6mm x 50mm

The DNASep Ultra Capacity HPLC column 50x4.6mm utilises C18-alkylated, non-porous PS/DVB microspheres with markedly increased binding capacity. DNASep Ultra Capacity combines the series' typical DNA selectivity with a loading of up to approximately 1.7 mg total DNA or 300 µg crude DNA. The column is suitable for DNA purifications and fractionations; crudely purified plasmid DNA or kit-prepared samples can be injected directly with an appropriate matrix.

Additional Information

The DNASep series is based on a polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer matrix rather than a silica backbone. This makes DNASep particularly suitable for aqueous-organic ion-pair methods in nucleic acid chromatography. The non-porous, high-performance PS/DVB particle structure supports rapid mass transfer and reproducible separations of DNA fragments.
