The SepaFlash HP Sapphire Series flash cartridge 25µm, 22.7g is packed with highly efficient spherical silica for normal phase flash chromatography. The uniform particle shape supports homogeneous flow distribution and improves resolution for demanding mixtures of substances. SepaFlash HP Sapphire Series combines high separation performance with a larger usable loading than classic routine cartridges. It is used, for example, for closely eluting by-products, natural product fractions and multi-component reaction mixtures.

The SepaFlash product line includes pre-packed flash cartridges made of pharmaceutical-grade polypropylene, as well as various silica and alumina materials. Depending on the series, irregular or spherical particles are used. Irregular silica offers a cost-effective solution for routine purifications, while spherical and finer particles enable higher efficiencies and better resolution. Chemically bonded modifications are available for reverse-phase, HILIC, and ion-exchange separations. A narrow particle size distribution, controlled water activity, and reproducible packing procedures are designed to reduce channeling, fine particle loss, and fluctuating separation performance. The iLOK and iLOK-SL series complement the product line with flexible options for solid feeding and manual cartridge configuration.
