RPSep Fluoro, Pentafluorophenylpropyl, 3um, SS 50 mm x 2.1 mm

The RPSep Fluoro HPLC column 50x2.1mm, 3µm, is a fluorinated pentafluorophenylpropyl phase on a polymeric backbone. In addition to hydrophobic interactions, RPSep Fluoro also provides π-π, dipole and fluorinated selectivity contributions, and is therefore suitable for alternative reverse-phase separations. Typical applications include aromatic compounds, halogenated analytes, isomers, active substances, environmental contaminants and LC-MS-compatible methods.

The RPSep series is primarily based on polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymers and thus offers an alternative to silica-based reverse-phase columns. The polymer backbone enables high chemical robustness, broad pH stability, and a narrow particle size distribution for efficient separations. Depending on the modification, hydrophobic, aromatic, or fluorinated interactions are created. As a result, RPSep is suitable for small molecules, peptides, aromatic compounds, and LC-MS-related methods that require robust RP selectivity.
