Product Description

The OligoPrep HC3 HPLC column (150 × 7.8 mm, 10 µm) is based on alkylated, porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene particles for preparative ion-pair reverse-phase chromatography. OligoPrep HC3 is designed for higher loadings and is used for the purification of synthetic oligonucleotides, DNA fragments and related nucleic acids. Thanks to the macroporous polymer matrix, the phase can also accommodate larger oligonucleotide structures and elute them reproducibly. The OligoPrep HC3 column is therefore particularly suitable for scale-up steps following analytical screening, for fractionation and for preparative HPLC methods using TEAA or comparable buffer systems.

Thanks to the larger pore structure and the longer column format, larger sample volumes can be processed than with purely analytical OligoSep variants.
