RiboSep™ RNA Column SS 4.6mmx50mm

The RiboSep RNA HPLC column 50x4.6mm, uses non-porous 2 µm PS/DVB particles with an octadecyl modification. RiboSep RNA is used in reverse-phase chromatography for the separation and purification of RNA molecules and is designed to offer high selectivity and reproducibility with nucleic acid samples. Typical applications include RNA fractions, oligoribonucleotides, RNA process analytics and methods used in proteomics and molecular biology.

Additional Notes

RiboSep is based on non-porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene particles and is therefore not a traditional silica material. The non-porous polymer structure supports rapid mass transfer and sharp peaks for RNA molecules, while the C18 functionalization provides reverse-phase interactions. The polymer backbone is designed for demanding aqueous-organic gradient conditions in RNA analysis. Compatible RiboSep pre-column cartridges protect the main column when analyzing samples containing salts, buffers, and biological contaminants.
