MZ-Gel SDplus linear 5µm 600x8,0mm SEC / GPC Columns

The MZ-Gel SDplus Linear column 600x8.0mm, 5µm, is based on a highly cross-linked polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) for GPC. The material features a mixed-bed structure. This means that the column contains materials with different pore sizes. As a result, the linear molecular weight range is significantly expanded to 1,000–1,000,000 g/mol, and the exclusion limit is over 2,000,000 g/mol. Thus, the column is suitable for small, medium, and large polymers such as polystyrene, PEG, polyvinyl chloride, and polyvinyl acetate.

The MZ-Gel SDplus series consists of a highly cross-linked polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer for organic size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) or gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Due to its compatibility with many organic solvents in addition to THF, such as DMF, chloroform, and acetone, a wide variety of polymers can be analyzed. The use of appropriate pre-columns can extend the service life.
