The Avantor ACE C18 HPLC column 100x4.6mm, 2µm, is a classic octadecylsilyl modification (other designations: ODS, RP-18, C18) on high-purity Type B silica for reversed-phase chromatography. The Avantor ACE C18 offers a universal C18 selectivity with high efficiency and very good peak shapes for acidic, basic and neutral analytes. As a standard phase it is suitable for method development, routine testing and validated procedures in many analytical laboratories. Typical applications include pharmaceutical assays, drug-related impurities, vitamins, steroids, capsaicinoids, food analysis, environmental analysis and general quality control.
