GTxResolve
GTxResolve columns from Waters are columns for the separation of biomolecules. There are columns for size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC).
The GTxResolve SEC columns are aimed at the rapid separation of large biological analytes. The columns also exhibit low adsorption of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), plasmids, nucleic acids and viral vectors including lentivirus (LV), adenovirus (AdV) and adeno-associated viruses (AAV). The columns are available in pore sizes of 450, 1,000 and 2,000 Å and can also be used in MALS detection.
GTxResolve BEH Amide columns are used for the separation of polar analytes and can, for example, separate up to 100 residues of long single- and double-stranded oligonucleotides. The inert column hardware and the robust phase offer many separation possibilities such as nucleic acids and viral proteins.
GTxResolve Slalom columns are the latest addition to this product line. These SEC columns have been specially developed for the high-resolution and rapid separation of double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) contaminants, restriction enzyme mapping and plasmid DNA profiling. Due to the special functionalisation with PEO-BEH and 250 Å large pores, double-stranded linear nucleic acids can be separated in less than five minutes.
