Supelco-DEX columns are chiral GC columns based on α-, β-, or γ-cyclodextrin for the separation of enantiomers. These phases can separate many non-aromatic and aromatic enantiomers that are difficult to separate by HPLC. Supelco-DEX columns are used for the determination of biological activity (pharmaceutical industry), flavours (food industry), environmental samples and chemical purity. There are 10 different phases available for these applications.
