IC Sep ICE-Coregel 107H, SS 300 mm x 7.8 mm

The ICSep Coregel 107H HPLC column 300x7.8mm, 8µm, based on an H+ form of the sulphonated polymer resin for ion-exclusion chromatography. ICSep Coregel 107H is used for organic acids, alcohols and sugar-associated components when robust separation in aqueous acidic eluents is required. Applications include fermentation samples, beverages, biological samples and process controls.

Additional Information

The ICSep series is based on polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymers. Fully sulfonated PS/DVB materials are used for ion exclusion of organic acids and alcohols. For organic and inorganic ions, functionalized, macroporous PS/DVB resins are used, for example, with quaternary ammonium groups for anion exchange or with sulfonic acid or carboxyl groups for cation exchange. The polymer backbone makes ICSep particularly suitable for aqueous, ionic matrices; appropriate pre-columns protect the main column from particles and matrix contaminants.
