ACE Excel 2 CN 150x4.6mm

The Avantor ACE Excel CN HPLC/UHPLC column 150x4.6mm, 2µm, is a cyano phase with a short alkyl spacer and can be used in both normal-phase and reversed-phase chromatography. The Avantor ACE Excel CN utilises dipole–dipole interactions and offers lower hydrophobicity than classical C18 phases. This yields alternative selectivities for polar molecules and compounds with double or triple bonds. The Excel format supports high efficiency and fast analyses on UHPLC and HPLC systems. Typical applications are nitroanilines, brompheniramine maleate, prontosil analogues, carbamic acid derivatives, methotrexate as well as methods where switching between normal phase and reversed phase is advantageous.
