The DNASep HT HPLC column (37 × 6.5 mm) is the high-throughput version of the DNASep product range. DNASep HT is used when DNA analyses need to be carried out more quickly, whilst still requiring robust size distribution or mutation analysis. The compact column format and the alkylated PS/DVB base are designed for fast HPLC methods for nucleic acids. Typical applications of the DNASep HT column include screening methods, mutation detection, DNA fragment analysis and routine methods with increased sample throughput.

The DNASep series is based on a polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer matrix rather than a silica backbone.
