The ICSep AN300B HPLC column 250x4.6mm is an anion-exchange resin designed for conventional inorganic anions and disinfection by-products. ICSep AN300B is suitable for fluoride, chloride, nitrite, bromide, nitrate, phosphate, sulphate, as well as chlorite, chlorate and bromate. Typical applications include drinking water analysis, environmental analysis, process water and methods for monitoring oxidative water treatment.

Additional Information

The ICSep series is based on polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymers. Fully sulfonated PS/DVB materials are used for ion exclusion of organic acids and alcohols. For organic and inorganic ions, functionalized, macroporous PS/DVB resins are used, for example, with quaternary ammonium groups for anion exchange or with sulfonic acid or carboxyl groups for cation exchange. The polymer backbone makes ICSep particularly suitable for aqueous, ionic matrices; appropriate pre-columns protect the main column from particles and matrix contaminants.
