The Avantor ACE PFAS Delay guard cartridges 2.1mm, 5µm, are used for column protection of Avantor ACE PFAS Delay HPLC columns with an internal diameter of 2.1mm are used. They are installed before the analytical column and help to retain particulate contaminants as well as strongly adsorbing sample components. For a reproducible method the guard cartridge should be used with the same stationary phase as the main column; the appropriate direct holder H0001 serves as the guard cartridge holder.
