ACE 3 AQ Capillary Column 250*0.50mm

The Avantor ACE AQ HPLC column 250x0.5mm, 3µm, is a specially designed C18-type phase for reversed-phase chromatography with a very high water content in the mobile phase. The Avantor ACE AQ remains stably wettable under highly aqueous conditions and supports the retention of polar acids, bases and neutral compounds. Therefore the phase is suitable for early elution regions where classical C18 phases often show insufficient retention or wetting issues. Typical applications are organic acids, maleic and fumaric acid, paracetamol, cysteine, cystine, pharmaceutical impurities and polar environmental analytes.
