ACE 3 NH2 Microbore HPLC Column 100x0.5mm

The Avantor ACE NH2 HPLC column 100x0.5mm, 3µm, features an aminopropyl modification and can be used in normal phase, HILIC and strongly aqueous reversed phase. The Avantor ACE NH2 offers polar, basic and ionic interactions and is therefore of interest for very hydrophilic compounds. The phase is frequently used when neutral or weakly charged carbohydrates and related polar analytes show insufficient retention on conventional reversed phases. Typical applications are sugars, mono- and disaccharides, acarbose, lactulose solutions, vitamin E analysis and alcohol-related biomarkers.
