ACE 2 Silica Microbore HPLC Column 75x1.0mm

The Avantor ACE SIL HPLC column 75x1.0mm, 2µm, is made of unmodified, high-purity silica and is used primarily in normal phase chromatography. The Avantor ACE SIL exploits polar silanol interactions and is suitable for analytes that are not sufficiently retained on reversed phases. The phase offers a classical silica selectivity with good reproducibility and can be used for sensitive methods with non-polar mobile phases. Typical applications are lipids, fat-soluble vitamins, tocopherols, isomers, natural products and separations where adsorption chromatography is predominant.
