ACE 2 CN Microbore HPLC Column 50x1.0mm (1/32" Connection)

The Avantor ACE CN HPLC column 50x1.0mm, 2µm, is a cyano phase with a short alkyl spacer and can be used in both normal-phase and reversed-phase chromatography. The Avantor ACE CN utilises dipole–dipole interactions and offers lower hydrophobicity than classical C18 phases. This provides alternative selectivities for polar molecules and compounds with double or triple bonds. Typical applications are nitroanilines, brompheniramine maleate, carbamic acid derivatives, methotrexate and methods where switching between normal phase and reversed phase is advantageous.
