ACE 2 CN-ES Microbore HPLC Column 30x0.5mm (1/32" Connection)

The Avantor ACE CN-ES HPLC column 30x0.5mm, 2µm, features a cyano group with an extended alkyl spacer and has been developed for normal-phase and reversed-phase chromatography. The distinctive feature of the Avantor ACE CN-ES is the combination of cyano selectivity, increased stability and stronger retention than many classical CN phases. In addition to dipole–dipole interactions, moderate hydrophobic contributions can also be exploited, resulting in alternative separation patterns. Typical applications include steroids, vitamin K, aspirin-related substances, polar analytes, explosive residues and methods intended to be transferred between normal phase and reversed phase.
